Main responsibilities:

– Assist the Manager in Administration of the Company.

– Interact and coordinate with suppliers and clients.

– Attending to telephone calls.

– Schedule meetings.

– University Qualifications: Graduate

– Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 2 years experience

– Soft Skills and Personality traits: Presentable with good communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic

– Age Range: 23-35

– Gender Preference: Female

– Language Fluency: English, Arabic

– Current Location: Qatar
