Part Time: 21.9 hours per week (60% FTE) Monday to Friday
The Information Assistants will play a pivotal role in providing frontline Help Point services within UCL’s flagship building. Information Assistants provide first-line support for enquiries, learning spaces and technology within UCL’s Student Centre.
5 A*-C GCSE’s or equivalent, Experience of working in a customer service environment, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, ability to work as part of a team: able to work towards common goals and to take on, share and relinquish tasks as appropriate and necessary.
