Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Secretary in a reputed organization.
Skills:
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Shorthand Writing
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing secretarial duties of General Manager,
- Collecting, Compiling, Preparing, and Distribution operational reports to the relevant authorities including DGPC, Ministry, etc.
- Mail Receiving and Distribution,
- Record Management,
- Coordination with Departments,
- Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books, and registers,
- Drafting of Letters and Notes,
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager
