ITSD SS Identity, Communications and Collaboration
University College London are looking to appoint a Unified Communications Analyst within the Information Services Division. The Unified Communications and Collaboration group within ICC are responsible for support of UCL’s Office 365 environment, Zoom Enterprise, Telephony including Teams Calling.
This is a full-time open ended role, the Unified Communications Analyst will be specifically focused on Office 365 and is expected to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the service.
A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft solutions and exhibit strong project management, change management, documentation and communication skills.
UCL has a bold strategy to build new UCL services around Microsoft Teams, with large scale and ambitious projects will move UCL forwards to a modern cloud based platforms and ways of delivering Voice services on the Office 365 Platform.
A deep technical understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 (M365) online environment and architecture including but not limited to administrating at enterprise level: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams/ SFB and Active Directory User Account Administration and a high level of advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
